If you want a WHOLE bowl of awesome, with many GRAINS, and feel like you are in TUSCANy, I would order the WHOLE GRAIN TUSCAN LINGUINE.

Not only is it chock-full of mushrooms and yummy stuff, it’s actually healthy for you too :).

Coming from the “Cheesehead” state of Wisconsin I have to recommend the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese but my personal favorite is the Japanese Pan Noodles. So…since they both are coming to Tennessee try both!

I would recommend that first-time Noodlers try to Trio, so that they can get a chance to try both a bowl of noodles with protein AND a soup or salad in the same meal. If it were me, I’d get the penne rosa with chicken with a bowl of chicken noodle soup on the side. And then I’d recommend that they come back the next day to try a sandwich duo — especially the mmmeatball sandwich (spicy) with tomato soup on the side.

Egg noodles with braised beef, feta cheese and a side of broccoli. I could eat it everyday, actually, I used to eat it at least 3 times a week wen I lived in Milwaukee. Dairy, meat, veggies–it’s a winning combination!

Noodles & Company is my favorite place to take my daughter to lunch. They have so many choices and we love it all! Our favorite is the pesto cavitappi with parmesan chicken. My husband loves the mushroom stroganoff with sauteed beef.

Tennessee has a replica of the Parthenon in Nashville, so of course they should order off the Mediterranean menu! May I recommend a Pesto Cavatappi (not quite Bluegrass, but as green as grass) with tofu (since they are a leading soy farm state).

Be sure to get a ciabatta roll, too. Because, you know, Tennessee was home to the King of rock and ROLL!

I have been without Noodles and Co since moving from Chicago 2 years ago and the meal I DREAM about daily is: Hot buttered noodles with Parmesan crusted chicken and broccoli all topped with their AMAZING Italian seasoning. Don’t be afraid to ask for a little xtra cheese either. YUM!

The pad thai is one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. I’m usually not much of a pasta person, but I think Noodles & Company has changed me! The pad thai has a little bit of a spice to it, but it’s very mild. The flat bread is very good too and very cheap.

    Hello fellow noodle lovers!

I highly recommend the Japanese pan noodles with your choice of protein. I enjoy this dish with a piece of their warm flat bread…yum! A tip for those of you who enjoy just a light spice as I do, order this tasty dish with half soy sauce which
makes it less spicy. Enjoy TN!

All this reading and typing about Noodles & Co. is making me hungry! Appleton, WI Noodles see you soon!

I am so excited to have the Macaroni & Cheese again! I shared a HUGE bowl with my niece when she & I had an Auntie/Niece day a couple years ago. It is one of her favorite memories with me! The sauce is perfectly smooth & it is the best I have had at any restaurant! I live in Nashville & I have been to your location in Beavercreek, OH. I’m so excited that the location in Green Hills is close to where I work as well. I am going to have the Thai Bowl again also!! I’m looking forward to Monday!

I would suggest that first-time Tennessean Noodlers try the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese with a bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup and a glass of Chocolate Milk because, maybe it’s just me cuz I’m a “Cheeshead” from WI, but you can’t go wrong with lots of cheese covering noodles and a nice hearty bowl of mouth watering chicken, noodles, and vegtables all in one bowl of delicious soup. And just having a glass of Chocolate Milk on the side just makes you feel like a kid again, when you sat down and drank Chocolate Milk with a bowl of Mac and Cheese. YUMMY!!!! 🙂 🙂

Tennessee! You are already home of the # 1 rated Tennessee Aquarium, the indescribable Great Smoky Mountains, and the legendary Ryman Auditorium. Now, you have something equally amazing to brag on: Penne Rosa! Penne Rosa is one of the best dishes at Noodles and Company, and it is soon to be one of the best dishes in Tennessee! This wonderful blend of tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, penne pasta, parmesan cheese, and spicy tomato sauce is as much a treat for the eyes as it is a stimulating experience for your tastebuds. Try it with Parmesan Crusted chicked for added awesomeness!! Tennessee, your newest legend has arrived!!

New customers should definitely order the Wisconsin Mac and cheese. It’s an instant classic and now with the grown up flavors, all ages and appetites can be satisfied!

For a first time noodler, go with something that you know. A little comfort food from childhood, Wisconsin mac-n-cheese. Top this with a parmesean crusted chicken breast and you’re in seventh heaven.

      Jennifer said,

For a first time noodler go with something you dont know, Noodles 100% satisfaction guarantee will let them out of their comfort zone and if they dont enjoy what they pick (which they will) but if they dont… they can then go to mac and cheese.

  21. 22

    Jennifer said,

I would definitely recommended the Penne Rosa, with feta cheese and either grilled or parmesan chicken. The Penne Rosa has a creamy tomato sauce that has a slight hint of spice behind the sauce. I personally dont like Mushrooms so I take out the Mushrooms and add Broccoli to the dish. Try it with egg noodles and its out of this world! Just write this down to order it. I would like a Penne Rosa, with feta cheese, grilled chicken, but instead of the mushrooms can I have broccoli and egg noodles? =) perfection! =)

    Sam said,

For a first time Noodler on Good Friday, I would have the Penne Rosa with shrimp (still acceptable!). Headed off now to have it for lunch! Mouth watering already!

i LOVE the Pesto Cavatappi – hold the tomatoes, replace with extra mushrooms, top it with Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Breast … and if you are really hungry The Med Salad is a great addition to try your whole meal together. And – if you have a sweet tooth like me the Rice Crispy Treats are a great treat anytime. OH and don’t forget your drink – I prefer Fresca 🙂

I HAVE TRIED THEM ALL AND I LOVE THEM ALL!!!!! If I am forced to pick only one, it would be the Whole Grain Tuscan Linguine. Remember to add the chicken. GREAT MEAL, GREAT PRICE.

Personally, I’d give the Bacon, Mac & Cheeseburger a try soon. I’ve long been a fan of the Japanese Pan Noodles, but I tried the Bacon, Mac & Cheeseburger and it became my new favorite. Since it’s only available for a short time still, get it while you can. The flavors all combined wonderfully, and the tomatoes really added a great dash of flavor. I will miss this dish when it’s gone!

I grew up with Noodles & Company, but moved to Nashville 8 years ago. Whenever I go back, Noodles is the first place on my list to eat (sometimes I go multiple time in one log weekend trip). I am so excited to have Noodles in Music City! I can’t ever decide between Mac n’ cheese and buttered noodles, so I get BOTH! A small bowl of each and mm mmm yum! Best ever! Baised beef with the buttrened noodles is awesome for your second visit – VERY tender beef!!

I can never decide between the Japanese Pan Noodles with beef and the Whole Grain Tuscan Linguini with Parmesan-crusted chicken. Neither can my husband! So we get one of each, and trade bowls a few times during the meal. Problem solved!! Enjoy your Noodling, Tenneseeans, and sign up for Noodlegrams to get great contests and birthday bowls!

    Lisa said,

It’s hard to go wrong with anything from their Asian selection. Start off with Japanese Pan Noodles, and for sure add the braised beef. The flavor and texture won’t disappoint! Seriously, the noodles in that dish are the best. Then go back and get the Bangkok Curry (if you can resist re-ordering the Pan Noodles). It’s packed with tasty veggies, the subtle sweetness of coconut, and if you add shrimp it’s still under 400 calories.

for the Noodles & Company virgin: take it slow. start with the pasta fresca. the combination of flavors is unreal, but not overwhelming. then, add the parmesan crusted chicken. big on taste, not that big on calories. and just when you think you’re done ordering, ask for a cucumber tomato side salad: the freshest side in the restaurant business. you may walk into your local TN Noodles a rookie, but follow this guide and you’re ordering like pro. enjoy.
